Tennessee Software Solutions (TSS), a leading provider of accounting software solutions including Sage MAS 90 and 200 ERP, Peachtree by Sage, and QuickBooks Enterprise, has been recognized by Sage as a Top Performer in the recently completed 2009 Customer Loyalty Project.
KNOXVILLE, TN, November 05, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tennessee Software Solutions (TSS), a leading provider of accounting software solutions including Sage MAS 90 and 200 ERP, Peachtree by Sage, and QuickBooks Enterprise, has been recognized by Sage as a Top Performer in the recently completed 2009 Customer Loyalty Project.
This was TSS"s second year to participate in the program. In 2008, TSS achieved a Net Promoter Score of 87. The average of other Sage Business Partners participating in the project was 49. In 2009, TSS successfully raised their Net Promoter Score to 94 reaffirming their commitment to an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
Sage created the Customer Loyalty Project to understand customer satisfaction for the Sage software application used by the customer and to measure a customer"s loyalty for their Sage Business Partner. An independent market research company was hired to send out surveys on behalf of the participating business partners to determine the loyalty of their customers in the form of Net Promoter Scores. A net promoter score is the result of Sage asking the question "would you recommend the services of TSS to a friend or trusted business colleague".
