Avidian Technologies named Washington"s Top 100 Fastest Growing Company by the Puget Sound Business Journal /Software News Articles/ - BELLEVUE, WA, April 06, 2008 - The state of Washington is the birthplace of many successful businesses and industries - gourmet coffeehouses, grunge music, and cutting-edge computer gadgets. And now it"s official: Avidian Technologies falls into that exclusive category, too. Recently named as Washington"s fastest growing company by the Puget Sound Business Journal ("Washington"s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies"), Avidian Technologies offers customer relationship management solutions for clientele around the globe. "This recognition means the world to us," notes Warren Stokes, Avidian Technology"s Vice President of Sales. "We spend every day asking ourselves, "How can we be the best vendor for our customers?"... "How can our products consistently provide ease, reliability, and exceptional performance?" Consequently, to receive this honor is truly a sign that we"re achieving our goals of stellar client service." Avidian distributes Prophet customer relationship management (CRM) software, named by PC Magazine, May 2007, one of the well-respected publication"s four "favorite small business tools". As the creators and distributors of Prophet, Avidian"s designers and engineers constantly improve their brainchild software to meet the changing needs of small- and medium-sized businesses. Says Warren, "Over the years, our clients have repeatedly told us that they need a straightforward way to stay in touch with customers and ultimately boost sales. We believe there"s a Prophet program for every company that desires to compete in the fast-paced international marketplace." Warren continues, "After all, who wants to lose a sale over a forgotten conference call or a missed follow-up opportunity? Prophet helps eliminate those "brain blips" that can negatively impact an organization"s bottom line." Prophet can be purchased through the main company or an approved Avidian distributor.

Albatron Unveils GeForce 8-series Graphics Cards For PCI Slots.
Albatron Technology has unveiled three new Nvidia GeForce 8-series graphics cards that use the practically outdated PCI slot. While the appeal of the PCI8600GT-256X, the PCI8500GT-256X and the PCI8400GS-256 may not be obvious for anyone who has a PCI Express or even AGP slot on their motherboard, there are still quite a few systems (particularly small form factor or HTPC ones) where expansion options are limited, creating an niche market for these cards.
