The awards recognize the achievements of current and graduate companies within Maryland"s incubators.
The finalists for the 2009 ICOY Awards come from all over the state and represent a diverse cross-section of technologies and services.
Oculis Labs was a finalist in the areas of Information Technology and Homeland Security. Oculis Labs was honored with the Maryland Incubator of the Year - Information Technology award.
