BeamYourScreen Launches Cross-Platform Desktop Sharing Solution

The award-winning provider of innovative online collaboration solutions, BeamYourScreen, announced the release of its cross-platform desktop sharing solution for use on Apple Mac computers. Upon starting a session the organizer receives a 9-digit session ID, which they pass on to their participants. Participants download a connection program, enter the session ID, and are then instantly able to view the screen of the session organizer. During the session, the presenter has numerous functions: switch presenter, remote keyboard and mouse control, file/clipboard transfer, pointer, pause session, close session, and audio conferencing system. The security of all data transferred during a BeamYourScreen session is ensured via 256-bit AES encryption, unique user authentication and an optional session password.
