ATI becomes largest graphics card supplier.

Back in November 2002 ATI was still very much the underdog, woofing in the Canadian wilderness like a timber wolf. Nvidia was so strong and so red, the Canadian company seemed paralysed, like a rabbit in the headlights. Whenever ATI launched a chip Nvidia would overtop it. (The Inquirer)

New Windows Vista font not as original as Microsoft says.
Chicago (IL) - Three weeks ago, we reported that Microsoft is planning to replace the "Tahoma" font in Windows XP with the newly developed "Segoe UI," which is designed to be less "computer-y" and is more readable on LCD screens. Now it appears that Segoe UI may not be that new. According to a report in a German newspaper, it is virtually identical with the "Frutiger Next" font.

Nvidia Says It Is Not Quitting The Chipset Market.
Nvidia has released an official statement refuting the recent Digitimes story claiming that the company is planning to quit its chipset business. Michael Jong, senior director of corporate marketing for Nvidia indicated that Nvidia has no intention of getting out of the chipset business and that the report is completely groundless.
