$160 Headphones Inspired by WoW.

Creative Labs has developed two Sound Blaster headsets with custom World of Warcraft themes. Fans of World of Warcraft may dig the new WoW-themed Sound Blaster headsets from the master of sound, Creative Labs. While we can"t guarantee that the headsets will improve your 1337 level-grinding skills, they definitely look as if you"ll be brought closer to Blizzard"s virtual fantasy world. Creative is offering two versionsň€”wired (USB) and wirelessň€”costing $119.99 and $159.99 respectively. The headsets themselves are on the big side. Both models sport two sets of interchangeable headset lenses featuring Horde and Alliance artworkň€”both lenses also sport 16 million color LEDs. Although the headsets look somewhat heavy, the cushioned earpads and light, flexible headbands reportedly reduces "listening fatigue." Want to really get into the character? The headsets offer custom World of Warcraft-themed voice presets to make you sound big and bad to other players. Additional bells and whistles Creative threw into the package includes an interface that resembles the MMORPG, advanced uncompressed wireless technology, THX TruStudio PC audio technology, and a battery that recharges even while in use. Gamers can pre-order the$159.99 wireless version over at Amazon here. The $199.99 USB headset can be pre-ordered here.
